Summer Jobs

Skipper + Sailing Instructor

Sailing Instructors/Skippers lead summer live-aboard diving, sailing and marine science programs in the Caribbean aboard 40-55 ft. catamarans and monohulls.

Skippers sail a yacht and teach basic sailing skills as they guide middle or high school students on an adventure through the Caribbean. Skippers are paired with another instructor and supervise students 24/7, facilitate group dynamics, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties, support scuba training and other program activities.
