The Broadreach Foundation is a 501(c) non-profit organization that offers a limited number of scholarships each year. They help middle and high school students participate in Broadreach trips who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
Applications typically open in October for the following summer with a deadline in late January. Recipients are chosen based on both need and merit.
Students can also pursue scholarship opportunities from other organizations that grant funding to students who are participating in educational programs like Broadreach. Try reaching out to organizations in your community to see what funding might be available.
In the past, Broadreach students have done fundraising to help fund part or all of their Broadreach trip. From asking friends and family members for contributions to selling cupcakes to mowing lawns, there are many creative ways to help raise money for your travels!
If you would like to break your tuition into smaller, more frequent payments, contact us at Broadreach HQ by email (brhq@gobroadreach.com) or phone (919-256-8200). We are happy to work with you to accommodate.
Later in the spring, Broadreach often has a small number of unfilled spots for certain programs that we are able to offer at a significantly reduced price. If you might be interested in this kind of opportunity, provide us with your information in the form below. We will contact you if there are spaces available in a trip that matches your interests late in the season!
